Privacy Policy

What we collect

On the free practice test, we collect no personal information tied to your identity. Server logs record your IP address and user agent for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. These logs are rotated on a regular schedule.

When you contact support or sign up for the waitlist, we collect your email and any details you provide. When the paid product launches, payment information is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

What we do not do

• We do not run ad pixels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
• We do not embed third-party trackers in pages.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your data with marketing partners.

Our data partners

• Stripe - payment processing (paid product, when launched).
• Resend - transactional email (account notifications, support replies).
• ImprovMX - inbound email forwarding (support inbox).
• Hosting and database run on a dedicated server we operate; data does not leave that server unless required by a feature above.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing email by emailing support@apiexamprep.io. We will respond within 30 days. California residents: see our Do Not Sell page for additional CCPA/CPRA rights.
